Hello, I'm Diana, the founder of Design K9 Training. Raised in a home where dogs were cherished family members, my lifelong passion for dogs has led me to pursue a career as a dedicated dog trainer.
In 2022, Mia, our spirited Doberman puppy, joined our family. However, a distressing encounter with an aggressive off-leash large dog turned Mia from a carefree puppy into an anxious and very reactive dog. Feeling lost, I sought guidance from experienced trainers, learning invaluable lessons in patience, compassion, and effective training techniques.
Fuelled by determination, I delved into self-education, devouring resources to better understand Mia's needs. Each day brought new challenges and triumphs as we worked together to overcome her reactivity. This journey ignited a profound passion for dog training, leading me to refine my skills under esteemed mentors both locally and internationally.
We continually seek opportunities for growth and set new milestones to achieve. Mia has shown remarkable progress, now playing a vital role in assisting me with training other dogs.
